What we collect

• Booking form: name, work email, brand/project name, website/social link, stage, estimated volume, country/region, pitch details, and technical metadata (IP, user agent).
• Blog subscribe: email, optional name, and technical metadata.
• Honeypot fields exist to deter bots; they are ignored for legitimate submissions.

Why we collect it (lawful bases)

• To respond to booking requests and schedule calls (contractual necessity).
• To send requested updates about manufacturing and launches (consent).
• To protect the service from abuse and spam (legitimate interests).

Where your data is stored

• Email delivery: SendPulse (SMTP/API) for form notifications.
• Submission logs: Google Sheets (Google Workspace) for booking and subscriber lists.
• Infrastructure: Vercel (hosting) and related logging for security/diagnostics.

Retention

We keep booking and subscriber records while they remain relevant to active conversations or consented updates. If you request deletion, we remove your record from our active lists.

Your rights

If you are in the EU/UK or other regions with similar protections, you may request:

• Access or a copy of your data.
• Correction or deletion of your data.
• Restriction or objection to certain processing.
• Withdrawal of consent for marketing at any time.
• Portability of data you provided to us.

International transfers

Data may be processed in the locations of our providers (e.g., EU, US, Asia). We use reputable processors with appropriate safeguards (such as SCCs where applicable).

Security

We use modern HTTPS transport, access controls, and least-privilege access to reduce risk. No method is 100% secure; contact us if you have security concerns.

Children

Our services are for business users. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
